Terms of Expedited Service

I hereby authorize USPassportNow.com (US Passport Services LLC.) to submit and expedite, {}, passport application to the U.S. Passport Agency and to accept delivery of the passport on my behalf. Under the provisions of the Privacy Act of 1974 (Public Law 93-579), no information may be released from U.S. Government files without the prior written consent of the individual in question. Consequently, an employee of the U.S. Department of State cannot discuss the details of your passport application with the courier without your permission. I will agree to this condition by signing the Letter of Authorization given to me by US Passport Services LLC.

Please note that your acknowledgment of the terms and conditions herein signifies that you understand the following: US Passport Services LLC. (USPS) acts as your limited passport agent for the limited purpose of submitting and facilitating your application through a passport courier; "USPS" cannot accept responsibility for delays in or loss of any document(s) by any party not directly under their control, including, but not limited to, Travel Agents, Consulates, Embassies, Passport Offices, Passport Acceptance Agents or any other Entities or any delivery-service involved in handling documents. You also acknowledge that you are choosing to expedite your expedited passport application through US Passport Services LLC. (a private expediting company) which doesn’t constitute standard processing.

You also understand that you are paying an additional fee to "USPS" and that government fees (government fee) are still to be paid by you to the U.S. Department of State which is their fee for issuing a passport to you. “USPS” helps you throughout the entire passport procuring process by aiding in you in your documentation, helping you submit & retrieve your passport as your authorized passport courier, in a time you have selected. “USPS” does not issue or claim to issue your passport or any other travel documents. The reservation you are placing with US Passport Services is limited and as such is required to be fulfilled within 90 days from purchase. Failure to submit your required documentation to us within 90 days will cause your reservation with us to expire and your purchase to become fully non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Processing Fee

“USPS” immediately charges a processing fee to hold a limited spot open to expedite your passport and immediately grants you access to a part of the site reserved only for “USPS” clients. Please note this non-refundable processing fee will be seen as a separate charge on your credit card statement. Processing and filing of your reservation is immediate and by nature can not be reversed, therefore under no circumstances can this processing fee be waived or refunded. By agreeing to our “Terms of Expedited Service” you acknowledge that this fee is non-refundable under all and any circumstances from the moment the "Submit" button on this order form is selected.

Cancellation Policy:

If you agree to the “Terms of Expedited Service” the below holds true without dispute. Our system will not allow an order to be processed without you accepting the Terms of Expedited Service. All Cancellation Requests must take place during normal business hours by speaking with a live representative.

  • If you cancel within 24 hours (1 Business Day) of placing your order, you may request a full refund of your service and shipping fee. Please note your $50.00 processing fee still remains non-refundable.
  • You are held liable for the full amount of your purchase if you wish cancel after 24 hours (1 Business Day) of placing your order, which is non-refundable.
  • (For Same Day Service, 24 Hour Service and Next Day Service Only!)
  • If you cancel within 24 hours (1 Business Day) of placing your order, you may request a full refund of your service and shipping fee. Please note your $100.00 processing fee still remains non-refundable.
  • You are held liable for the full amount of your expediting fee if you wish cancel after 24 hours (1 Business Day) of placing your order, which is non-refundable.

Cancellation terms and policies hold true to every person choosing to expedite their passport with US PASSPORT NOW and will be strictly enforced. Please note our office hours for times and days of operation. Cancellations by email are not accepted as we need to verify the person(s) canceling the order, is indeed in fact, the person(s) that made the order. All orders received by our online system are date and time stamped from when they were received.

By agreeing to the terms and conditions of "USPS", you have agreed to purchase the service stated, therefore, when your application is accepted, refunds are not possible for any reason, (ie. Flight Cancellations, Missing Flights, Flight Delays, Travel Itinerary Changes, etc...). If you would like cancel once your passport application has been accepted by one of our couriers, you will be held responsible for the full amount of your expediting fee. In the event your application for a passport is denied you agree that the funds paid for the service are non-refundable as services were rendered. At such time contents will be shipped back to the client at his or hers shipping expense, received from the original order.

Please note all orders that are canceled will take up to 21 business days to refund back to the card used. Refunds will not be paid in the form of cash, check, or anything else other than the card the order was placed on. Any cancellation of an order after 24 hours (1 Business Day) will be charged the full amount of its current level of service. Any level upgrades or additional options added after your original purchase with us are automatically non-refundable.

All reservations regardless of speed are subjected to an expiration period of 90 days. After 90 days from when the limited reservation was placed will result in an automatic expiration of services. Service fee paid to US Passport Services LLC. will remain non-refundable.

Our Guarentee

USPassportNow.com its owners, couriers and affiliates can not provide any guaranties implied. Liability is limited to fees paid to US Passport Services LLC. If required documentation whether standard or supporting, is not received by our couriers with-in the specified time period given to you by your passport specialist, then additional charges may be asked of you in order for us to provide you a service by the departure date listed by you in your online order form. Even with additional fees or charges that may be accrued in such an event, we still can not guarantee that your passport request can be complete in the needed time of your departure. Required documentation is solely the responsibility of the person(s) submitting a passport application.

We guarantee service and delivery of your passport within the time frame selected unless you don‘t meet the conditions listed in this agreement and providing the US Department of State doesn’t delay, suspended or deny your passport application. In any case, you agree that by accepting the terms and conditions, you will accept that our maximum liability to any customer, is the amount of fee paid to, and collected by US Passport Services, and under all circumstances from you or parties represented, without limitation. We do not guarantee or imply other than what is stated in these Terms and Conditions. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for direct or indirect damages of any kind.

Though we are servicing you in a procurement of a U.S. Passport, we still have no control over any official requirement that an issuing authority may require. "USPS" has no control over the decisions made by Department of State regarding denial or approval of any passport. Requirements for procurement of a passport can and will often change. We will not be held responsible for changes in U.S. Department of State requirements, whether mandatory or subjective. We will attempt to notify you of any such changes as they become available.

Additional Information and Requirements

With this expedited service you understand that a travel itinerary is required. If a travel itinerary can not be provided, then you promise to provide a letter from a business or hotel stating that you are traveling soon - this document is necessary for The Department of State to accept your application and process it in expedited manner. The US Department of State does allow other circumstances of expediting a passport. If the above requirement doesn't meet your circumstances, then you promise to provide other documentation showing why you have an urgent need of obtaining a passport. Special Circumstances Apply!

Please also acknowledge that "USPS" is not responsible for any delays or errors caused by mail couriers such as FedEx or any other commercial carrier. Likewise, we are also not responsible for any delays resulting from errors or omissions in information provided to us by you the Passport Applicant. Applicants are responsible to correctly complete all of materials on a U.S. Passport application. The content and/or completeness of your applications and statements therein may affect the decision to either approve or deny your U.S. Passport. Please understand that you are responsible for a complete and accurate application of the information submitted to the Department of State for procurement of any passport.

US Passport Services reserves the right to refuse any service to any customer for any reason that may cause damage or inaccurate information that leads to a law being broken local, state, or federal. Our maximum liability for Refusal of service is limited to the amount of fee paid to and collected by us from you under all circumstances, without limitation. If a dispute/litigation were to arise between you and US Passport Services LLC., US Passport Services reserves the right to hold hearing in courts within its’ company State and County.

Additional Fee's (Optional)

These fees are optional but are disclosed upfront in any underlining circumstance that may arise. All optional fees are authorized as a separate transaction and must be requested with your verbal approval. Please note that once an optional fee is verbally approved, it automatically becomes non-refundable.

  • Saturday Delivery: $30 Additional
  • First Morning Overnight Delivery (6am-8am delivery): $35 Additional
  • Documentation Correction Send Back Overnight: $30
  • Government Fee Correction: Government fee plus a $25 Processing fee
  • File Search for lost/stolen passports: $150
  • Service level Upgrade (Faster Service): $50 per level
