My child who is under 18 needs a passport. How do I get it?

If your child is under 16:

• Your child must appear in person when visiting the Acceptance Agent(AA)
• Both parents or legal guardians, can apply for the child
• Both parents or legal guardians content is required for minors under the age of 16
• Both parents or legal guardians must show current, valid ID to the AA

If your child is 16 to 18:

• Your child must appear in person
• Your parental consent may be requested
